We recommend a baffled fitting on your valve cover to be utilized to prevent direct oil streams from valve train entering into the fittings and line which can cause excess oil in the catch can. We also typically try to refrain from connecting a catch can from a valley cover location as there is typically excess oil activity that can cause catch cans to fill up quickly with oil and offer less effective breathing as a result.
